Welcome to Drip It (dripitnow.com) and the Drip It mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Alter Knights Group ("we," "us," or "our").

All content, features, and functionality on the Platform—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the design thereof—are the exclusive property of Alter Knights Group or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • "As Is" Basis: The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform, its security, or the accuracy of its content.

  • ​Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alter Knights Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in London, United Kingdom.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
